Certified Professional Coaching

I studied coaching at iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching).  A global institution which is ICF accredited.  I stand by the ICF Code of Ethics and guidelines. 

I  maintain my HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) to stay current and updated on all HR related subjects.

I have 17 years serving as an HR Manager and Director and that has helped me to develop the people skills to communicate and relate on a personal level to accomodate all types of learners.

My HR ability to train around diversity, inclusion and sensitivity also enhance my coaching skills.
